Shipping Information:
All of the treats are fresh baked to order. Treats will be shipped within 5 business days of orders being received. If order is placed after 15:00 the following day will be considered the first day.
We ship to Canada and the USA at flat rates. Canada $10, USA $20.
Unfortunately, because we have to rely on someone else to deliver our somewhat delicate products, on occasion the treats could sustain a minimal amount of damage. We hope that you will understand that we are doing what we can to package your treats so they arrive safely. If you receive crushed or damaged treats, please contact us at hello@pettreatery.com.
If you are dissatisfied with the product received for any reason, contact us at hello@pettreatery.com. It is important to us that you and your dogs and cats are delighted with our products, please let us know what happened so we can find a way to make things right.
