1. How do I join the Granville Island Pet Treatery Loyalty Program?
Answer: Joining is easy and free! Simply create an account on our website, and you're automatically enrolled in the program. Start earning points with your first purchase.
2. How do I earn points in the loyalty program?
Answer: You earn 1 point for every dollar spent on our products. Points are credited to your account automatically after each purchase. Besides, you have more ways to earn points such as following us on social media, writing a review, uploading a video etc. Please check the Loyalty Program page for details.
3. What can I redeem my points for?
Answer: Points can be redeemed for a variety of rewards, including credits on future purchases, free bags of treats, and exclusive offers. Visit our Loyalty Program page for a full list of redemption options.
4. Were any points awarded for my past purchases?
Answer: All points are earned for purchases made after the launch of our loyalty program on Feb 1st, 2024.
5. How can I check my points balance?

6. Do my points expire?
Answer: Points will expire if there's no account activity (earning or redeeming points) for a period of 12 months. We'll notify you in advance if your points are about to expire.

Answer: Points are not transferable between accounts. They are awarded to the account holder who made the original purchase.

9. How long does it take for points to appear in my account?
Answer: Points from your purchases are typically added to your account within 12-24 hours after your order is processed.
10.Can I use points in conjunction with other discounts or offers?

Answer: Our existing customers will be automatically enrolled in our loyalty program. New customers will be enrolled when you create an account on our website.
12.What happens to my points if I return a product?
Answer: If you return a product, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account balance.
13. What are the VIP tiers in the loyalty program and how do they work?
Answer: Our loyalty program features two exciting VIP tiers – Silver and Gold – each offering its own set of exclusive perks.
Silver Tier: This is the entry-level tier for all our new loyalty program members. As a Silver member, you'll receive a 10% off coupon and access to a variety of rewards that you can redeem with your points.
Gold Tier: Reach 2,000 points and you'll be upgraded to our Gold Tier. Gold members enjoy even more benefits, including a 15% off coupon, a free shipping coupon, and access to exclusive rewards that can be redeemed with points.
